The 2025 Annual BHF Conference was held from 10 to 14 May 2025 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. The event convened key role-players from across the healthcare ecosystem to examine the evolving landscape of healthcare and how collaborative partnerships can drive innovation, equity, and sustainability.

Themed “Collaborating for Value: Partnerships Transforming the Future of Healthcare   – Uniting Parallels,” the conference explored how strategic alliances are shaping the future of healthcare through shared accountability, smarter financing, and people-centred delivery models. It served as a powerful platform for engaging dialogue, learning, and action – reinforcing BHF’s role as a convenor and thought leader in the healthcare space.

The event’s comprehensive schedule was designed to maximise learning and networking opportunities. Exhibition setup and delegate registration from 10 May set the stage for a dynamic week of activity, which included plenary sessions, clinical and governance workshops, parallel thematic tracks, and various structured networking engagements. These sessions provided spaces for in-depth dialogue on critical themes, allowing participants to contribute expertise, share innovations, and collectively explore solutions to pressing healthcare challenges.
