Christoff Raath is a seasoned actuary with deep expertise in healthcare financing. Over the course of his career, he has served as an actuarial consultant to some of South Africa’s largest and most influential medical schemes, administrators, and managed care organisations. He specialises in financial strategy, risk modelling, benefit design, and healthcare sustainability.

As the CEO of Insight Actuarial Solutions — the largest independent healthcarefocused actuarial consultancy in South Africa — Christoff leads a team that provides innovative, data-driven solutions to complex challenges in the health sector.

Beyond his professional practice, Christoff plays a key leadership role in the actuarial profession. He served as Chair of the Board of Examiners for the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA) for eight years and served as a member of the ASSA Council for four years.
