We are thrilled to announce that registration is officially open for the 25th Annual BHF Conference 2026, a landmark event marking a quarter-century of innovation and collaboration in our industry.

The annual BHF Conference has for 25 years been the stage where healthcare leaders gather to shape our region’s health agenda. This milestone year’s theme “Facing headwinds – thriving in the unknown” captures our collective resolve to confront today’s challenges and transform them into opportunities for growth. From July 4 to 8, 2026, we will convene at CTICC in Cape Town to address the critical issues of our time and steer the industry forward with confidence.

Attendees will join:

Early Bird (register by April 30, 2026):
BHF Members: R13,500.00
Non-Members: R16,999.00

Late registration (from May 1, 2026 onward):
BHF Members: R14,850.00
Non-Members: R18,699.00

Pre-Conference Workshops:
In addition to the main conference, you can enrich your experience with our add-on workshops:

Clinical Workshop (Saturday , 4^th July 2026) full-day program open to all attendees; covers specialised clinical training and materials).

Governance Workshop (Sunday, 5^th July 2026): (exclusive to conference delegates; covers workshop sessions and materials).

BHF Members: R2,650.00

Non-Members: R5,200.00

Golf Day (Sunday, 5^th July 2026):

(covers green fees, networking luncheon, and prizes). Available only to conference attendees;

All fees above are inclusive of VAT. The main conference registration fee includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, the exhibition hall, opening ceremony, and the awards gala dinner.
