PCNS Launches New Mobile App to Simplify Practice Code Management for Healthcare Providers

The Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) is pleased to announce the successful launch of Phase 2 of the Practice Code Numbering System (PCNS) Mobile App – a new, secure digital platform designed to make the management of your Practice Code Number (PCNs) simpler, faster, and more convenient. The PCNS Mobile App is secure, user-friendly, and designed to save time by reducing administrative burden, enabling healthcare practitioners to focus on what matters most: patient care.

The comprehensive app will be rolled out for all HSPs, starting 11 June 2026.

Developed with healthcare providers in mind, the app allows healthcare professionals to manage their practice information anytime, anywhere.
What you can do with the PCNS Mobile App:

  • Edit and update your existing Practice Code Number details at any time
  • Apply for a new Practice Code Number
  • Reinstate or suspend your Practice Code Number with ease
  • Access and download your latest and historical account statements and invoices
  • Retrieve client information sheets quickly and securely
  • Make secure online payments for your annual renewal fees
