       NOTE for Door to Door:

  • Rates are effective until 31 May 2024
  • Rates quoted are for one way transfers and exclude Personal Goods Insurance
  • Rates quoted exclude a SANRAL e-toll charge of R30 per transfer in Gauteng only
  • Bluu Car Rental reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of an increase in fuel price &/or interest rates
  • Rates are VAT exempt
  • Distances are calculated from CTICC2 , returning to CTICC2 (round-trip), distance is calculated by car.
  • All vehicle models are subject to availability
  • All other areas will be quoted accordingly
  • Cancellations within 3 hours of the pickup time will be charged 100% of the rate
  • Standard fees are charged from 05h00– 21h00, thereafter a R100.00 after hour fee is charged per transfer
  • Sundays and public holidays are subject to a R100.00 after hours fee
  • Delay levy: is R25 per 15 minutes: Charged if passenger is later than 15 minutes from the pre – booked pickup time at the prebooked pickup point. Not applicable for airport pickup if flights are delayed. 15 minute grace period, next 15 minutes = R25, next 15 minutes = R50 etc..
  • Baby seat – R75 per seat per rental Additional route – R100. Applies when the customer wants to drive to more than 1 destination within a transfer PAYMENT Full payment is required within 24 hours of the booking
