Dr Themba Hadebe is the Clinical Executive at Bonitas Medical Fund, where he leads the organisation’s Clinical and Managed Care strategy, corporate health programmes, and population-level wellness initiatives. With extensive experience in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, and employee wellbeing, he has become a recognised advocate for data-driven, preventative health interventions in the workplace.

Dr Hadebe oversees large-scale wellness and early-risk detection programmes, and clinical interventions that support healthier, more productive workforces across South Africa. His work focuses on shifting wellness from reactive care to pro-active, strategic health management that reduces risk, improves outcomes, and strengthens organisational resilience.

Dr Hadebe is a member of the BHF Board, and heis also a valued member of the WWASA Research Team.
