Kudakwashe (Kuda) Murombedzi Operations Manager, Cimas Medical Aid Society Kuda is a versatile healthcare management professional with extensive multi-country experience spanning both public and private healthcare sectors across Southern Africa. His portfolio includes long- and short-term technical assistance assignments in Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, Mozambique, and Namibia.

At Cimas, one of Zimbabwe’s foremost integrated health organisations, Kuda leads initiatives in new product development, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration within the Medical Aid Fund.

Prior to joining Cimas Health Group, Kuda held senior leadership roles at Population Services International (PSI), a Washington D.C.-based global health organisation. He last served as Chief of Party and Senior Technical Advisor for Social and Behaviour Change, where he Led research-driven health systems strengthening programmes, supported the introduction and scale-up of novel biomedical prevention interventions for HIV, and applied research evidence to drive uptake of sexual and reproductive health products and services.

Kuda holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Media Studies from the National University of Science and Technology and a Master’s in Marketing Strategy from Midlands State University. He is currently completing a Master’s In Public Health with the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa
