Professor Joseph Raimondo is an executive member of Dignity South Africa, a not-for-profit organisation working to improve access, choice and dignity in end-of-life care. He is an associate professor of neuroscience as a Wellcome Trust International Intermediate Fellow at the University of Cape Town, where he heads the Division of Cell Biology within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
