Siphosakhe Phakathi holds an LLB and an LLM from UKZN and is a Senior Associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Werksmans Attorneys. She provides legal advice on healthcare and life sciences and data privacy. She advises the private sector and regulatory bodies on a variety of subjects including medical schemes, pharmaceuticals, consumer laws and the NHI. She assists in a variety of matters relating to, inter alia, the Promotion of Access to Information Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act. 

She also specialises in aspects of general and commercial litigation.
